Description
Published by the Travel Association of Great Britain and N.Ireland this photographic image of Henley Bridge was designed to encourage travel to Henley on Thames, the destination of one of the world’s greatest rowing regatta’s. Henley Bridge is a road bridge built in 1786 over the River Thames. The Leander club, one of the oldest known rowing clubs acknowledged as the most successful Olympic sports club in the world is close to the bridge on the Berkshire side.
