Description
One of a series of prints commissioned in 1944 by the C.E.M.A. (Council for the Encouragement of Music and the Arts, later to become the Arts Council). CEMA was appointed to help promote and maintain British culture following the Second World War and this print was to be hung “where workers congregate” Featuring ATC (Air Training Corps) gliders
